All the hotel rooms are equipped with a telephone, an individual system of air-conditioning, a television set with satellite and cable channels broadcasted in different languages (Russian, English, French, etc.), a mini-bar, a bathroom, a desk and other rather useful things. Moreover, there is round-the-clock room service and highly skilled friendly personnel. Safety of the hotel’s guests is provided with a system of code electronic locks installed in all the front doors of the hotel rooms. In that way one can open a room or a corridor door of the hotel only with an individual magnet key.

The main peculiarity and at the same time an advantage of the hotel Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya is the availability of special rooms for incapacitated persons. Such guests are provided with special appliances, such as hand-rails in the bathrooms, low mixers in the shower-cubicles. There are no thresholds in such rooms, and therefore persons in wheelchairs can move across the room and leave it without any obstacles.

Standard rooms

All 672 rooms of this class present hotel rooms with comfortable hotel furniture. The total area of such a room is rather spacious and makes up 22.5 square meters. The rooms have two comfortable beds placed separately from each other. Moreover, the rooms are equipped with soft furniture, a desk with special sockets near it which can be used for connecting up a computer, an air-conditioner, a telephone with direct line, a television set with cable and satellite television, a mini-bar. Bathrooms of the rooms are equipped with good sanitary arrangements and contain a bath, a wash-stand, a shower and a lavatory.

Standard reconstructed rooms
The hotel Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya has 468 standard rooms with the area of 20 square meters which have been subjected to a reconstruction. There was a complete overhaul of the rooms in 2000, and now they are very comfortable. These rooms are equipped with new beautiful hotel furniture of European manufacture. All the rooms of this class are equipped with a system of air-conditioning, a telephone with international line, satellite and cable television. Moreover, if it is necessary, guests of the hotel can connect up a computer and modem in the rooms. All the rooms contain beds, soft furniture and desks. These rooms are exquisitely decorated with original standard lamps and also with watercolor pictures with landscapes of the city in them. Bathrooms are equipped according to the latest tendencies of modern design, have excellent sanitary arrangements and can please their guests with good baths, showers or wash-stands. There are also lavatory pans in the bathrooms.

Luxury suites
The hotel Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya offers as many as forty luxury suites to its guests. The total square of such a suite is 48.4 square meters. All the luxury suites were repaired in 2000 and at the moment they conform to all international demands made in respect of a 4-star hotel’s standards.

These luxury suites consist of two spacious hotel rooms and meet requirements of the most exacting guests. One of the rooms of such a suite is a drawing-room with exquisite elegant furniture, big beautiful mirrors, original and modern lamps. The second room is a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Moreover, there is a good hall in every luxury suite, and also an excellent bathroom equipped with up-to-date sanitary arrangements.

It should be also noted that the respectable furnishing of luxury suites harmonizes with its comfort. There is everything for a pleasant rest and great pastime: a telephone with direct line and access to international communication, cable and satellite television channels, a possibility of attaching a computer with modem for work with electronic mail. Furthermore, there is a mini-bar with a broad assortment of various drinks which will help you to while away the time. Apartments
There are 20 apartments in the hotel Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya. They present comfortable to the utmost renewed two-storeyed hotel suites. If it is necessary these suites can be broadened owing to one-room suites situated near them. Two-storeyed apartments have the total area of 150 square meters and are located on every floor of the hotel building. Storeys of these rooms are joined with a beautiful staircase. The first storey is occupied with three rooms, namely a drawing-room with a piano, a spacious bedroom, and a study with a safe. Apart from it, there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a guests’ lavatory on the first storey. The second storey of the apartments is occupied with a spacious bedroom and a palatial bathroom.

It should be mentioned that decoration and atmosphere of the apartments dispose to a pleasant and good rest. There is modern illuminating equipment, natural-wood furniture, soft leather of the sofas and armchairs which will help you to relax and relieve a stress. Bathrooms are equipped with a telephone, a hairdryer, a bathrobe, towels, slippers, big mirrors and various cosmetics. Every guest will surely enjoy taking a bath there. Rooms for physically handicapped guests
The hotel Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya offers accommodation for physically handicapped persons. There are special rooms for these special guests in the hotel.

The hotel makes available 10 rooms of this kind. All of them are conveniently situated near a lift and providently does not have thresholds so that persons in wheelchairs could move without hindrance.

These one-room living quarters have the area of 20 square meters. They contain comfortable beds, a sliding-door wardrobe with very low shelves which are on the level convenient for physically handicapped persons, a system of air-conditioning, satellite and cable television, a telephone, a mini-bar. Bathrooms are equipped with special facilities: the towel-holders are on a low level; there are hand-rails for comfortable movement. Physically disabled persons get comfortable and pleasant rest in these rooms.
